Landmark Surveying, LP (Landmark), established in 1994 by Dana Markus-Wolf and Scott Garanflo, is an award winning, local, independent, professional land surveying firm with one office situated one mile east of downtown at 2205 E. 5th Street in Austin, Texas. Dana purchased Scott’s shares in 2006, making Landmark one of the first independent land surveying firms in Texas to be owned in its entirety by a female Registered Professional Land Surveyor. In 2008, Juan M. Canales, Jr. joined the firm, bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge to his trusted role as Vice President of the General Partner.
