Sam's was established in 1947 by Sam Nasca and his family. For three generations it has catered to locals in East Hampton, but has also become a favorite for the summer crowds because of its comfortable atmosphere and exceptional service.
Sam's has remained virtually unchanged from the original restaurant opened by Sam Nasca and its one of the longest running restaurants on eastern Long Island.
