Frankel Loughran Starr & Vallone LLP (FLSV®), a premier accounting, tax advisory and compliance firm focused primarily in the financial services industry, was formed in 1995 by senior professionals from EY (formerly Ernst & Young) and Morgan Stanley. In 2009, FLSV® teamed up with the former CFO of Morgan Stanley’s Private Equity businesses to run FLSV® Fund Administration Services (FLSV® FAS), providing high end fund services from pre launch through liquidation.
